NxGen Outdoors Privacy Policy
NxGen Outdoors (ProTurf Lawn Maintenance, LLC) collects only the information we need to design, quote, build and service your project. We do not sell your information.
What we collect
- Name, address, phone and email
- Project details, site photos, measurements and design files
- Payment records (card and bank details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)
- Messages, form submissions and website visit data (cookies and analytics)
How we use it
- To quote, schedule, build and invoice your project
- To send appointment reminders, project updates and warranty follow-ups
- To send occasional seasonal offers, if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about appointments, quotes, invoices and your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers who help us run the business, such as Jobber (scheduling, quoting and invoicing), our payment processor, our suppliers and subcontractors for your project, and our email and website providers. We may also share information when required by law.
Project photos
We may use photos of finished work in our portfolio and on social media. We never post your name or street address without permission. Ask us and we will remove any photo of your property.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or stop marketing messages, at any time. Email Mark@nxgenoutdoors.com or call (636) 565-3101. We keep job and payment records as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.
