3. Design Review – We review the design concept(s) with you, make adjustments, and finalize the design and estimate.

4. Estimation & Material Review – We review the final design, estimate, and recommended materials, then schedule the project.

5. Material Confirmation & Ordering – Approximately 2–3 weeks before the start date, we confirm your material and plant selections and place orders.

6. Pre-Job Walk-Through – About 3 days before your project begins, we walk the site with you to confirm details and any last adjustments.

7. Installation – Our crew completes the build to design specifications with professional craftsmanship and a smile.

8. Post-Job Walk-Through – We review the completed project with you to ensure you love it and address any touch-ups.

9. Ongoing Care (Optional) – Maintenance packages are available to keep your outdoor space looking its best year-round.
